UNITED METHODIST WOMEN

Wedgewood United Methodist Women is a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of mission through participation in global ministries of the Church.

This very active group of women annually raises money for the local church and missions with activities such as the Spaghetti Dinner and Christmas Bazaar. Members are also active in the many other church's activities such as choir, administrative board, various church committees, free lunch, bible studies, and prayer chain. Special UMW programs are held throughout the year.

Membership is open to any woman, not necessarily a member of Wedgewood United Methodist Church, who indicates a desire to belong to and participate in the concepts of mission of the Church through United Methodist Women (UMW).  Contact the church office at (330) 733-8707 for more information.

Meetings are held at the church the third Tuesday each month at 6:30 p.m.
